Article 1 - Duration of stay

The customer, signatory of this contract concluded for a fixed period, may under no circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Article 2 - Reservation formalities

The reservation is considered firm only after receipt of the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. The deposit can be paid by bank or postal check, by bank transfer or by online payment from our site www.closerie-des-sacres.com. Payment of the deposit confirms your full agreement with these general conditions of sale. For reservations made on the site, you will be sent an email receiving payment with details of your stay, having the value of a contract. If the reservation is made by telephone or email, confirmation of receipt of the deposit will be sent to you by email or SMS.

Article 3 - Right of withdrawal

A reservation made online, by telephone, and/or by mail is a distance purchase. This is a contract concluded remotely within the meaning of the definition given by the Consumer Code.It should be noted that the right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for hosting services.

Article 4 - Cancellation of the stay by the customer

Any modification of reservation is only possible after the agreement of "la Closerie des Sacres" and may result in additional costs. We inform you that in the event of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay, cancellation fees will be applied to these conditions: - if the cancellation occurs more than 2 weeks before the arrival date, cancellation free of charge . - if the cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks before the arrival date, the 50% deposit remains with the Closerie des Sacres. - in the event of no-show on the same day of arrival, the entire stay will be charged.

In the event of a shortened stay, full payment of the reserved service is due, whatever the reason.

Article 5 - Cancellation of the stay by the owner

If the owner has to cancel the customer's stay for reasons beyond his control, he must inform the customer as quickly as possible and find a replacement solution identical to the service reserved. If this does not suit the customer, he will be refunded immediately.

Article 6 - Arrival time

The customer must arrive on the day of reservation between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. After 7 p.m., the owner reserves the right to be absent, it is therefore imperative to notify in the event of delay. If the customer does not appear before 8 p.m. on the day of arrival, this contract automatically becomes void and the owner may have the room.

Article 7 - Departure time

The room must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. Beyond that you may be charged for an additional night.

Article 8 - Payment of the accommodation balance

Payment of the balance of your stay will be made on the day of your departure, as well as additional services to this contract and the tourist tax.

Article 9 - Change of room

Without the customer being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer with a room of the same or greater capacity. In this case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.

Article 10 - Pets

Pets are not accepted at the Closerie des Sacres, regardless of their size and behavior. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the refusal to accept the animal and its owner by the owner of the guest room cannot be considered as a modification or breach of contract at the initiative of the owner. In the event of the customer's departure, no refund can be considered.

Article 11 - Capacity

All reservations are made for a specific number of people. If on the day of arrival the number of occupants is greater, the owner is able to refuse the additional people. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of people greater than those refused, no reimbursement can be considered.

Article 12 - Art of living and use of premises

In order to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of guests, respect for a certain ""art of living"" is required of all. In particular, you are asked not to smoke inside the house, an outdoor space being provided for this purpose. The customer undertakes to respect the instructions of good manners which will be indicated to him and these general conditions of sale.

The customer undertakes to return the room in perfect condition and free of damage at the end of the stay, to systematically declare and assume financial responsibility for any damage for which he or she is responsible. Repair costs will be paid according to separate invoicing and on the basis of the costs incurred.

The kitchen within the Closerie des Sacres is available to customers, under the responsibility of returning it in the condition in which you found it. If several customers want to use the kitchen at the same time, the rule of good manners is essential. If the kitchen is used by a group of at least 6 people, a flat rate of 40 euros will be charged for the entire group per meal taken on site.

Children must always be accompanied by an adult in the house, yard and garden.

Article 13 - Modification of the conditions of sale

These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired upon payment of the deposit.

Article 14 - Data processing and freedom law

In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. La Closerie des Sacres undertakes not to transmit the information that you have communicated to it to other companies or organizations.
